When you work with us, you are working directly with the factory. Responsibility begins and ends here. We monitor and sustain environmental compliance in our facilities, something outside brokers cannot do. Paper. Our environmental commitment begins with sourcing. Gold East Paper Company manufactures Kings Time's primary house stocks. (You can view more information about their environmental and green certification programs at their link above.) Our most popular paper stocks are:

Forest Service Council (FSC) an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organization established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests has certified both of the above mentioned paper stocks. The Publisher’s Database for Responsible Environmental Paper Sourcing (PREPS), lists Gold East C2S Art/Matt PEFC (80) and Gold East C2S Art/Matt FSC (80)in their database of responsible environmental choices. Recycled Paper. Oji recycled paper, acid-free with 100% post-consumer waste, is also available.

Ink. Kings Time Printing uses 100% SOY, vegetable based inks.

Energy Efficient Recycler. Kings Time’s manufacturing plant reuses and recycles the following items: Ink / waste paper / used oil / aluminum printing plates. We use no film. We are totally direct-to-plate.

Our manufacturing plants in Shenzhen, China produce work for many of the brokers and US printers with an Asian presence. We promote social accountability, health and safety issues, fair remuneration that meets or exceeds industry standards, fair working hours, and the prohibition of the use of child or forced labor.
